Estimator / Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and highly organized Estimator / Project Manager to lead projects from concept through execution. This role combines accurate estimating, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end project delivery for trade shows, exhibits, and event-related initiatives. What You’ll Do:

Estimating & Pre-Sale

• Develop accurate cost estimates and proposals across all lines of business, to include custom fabrication, trade shows, events, and multimedia services

• Partner with design and account teams to align scope, budget, and timelines

• Source vendor pricing and define materials, labor, and production requirements Ensure all estimates clearly outline timelines, exclusions, and deliverables

Project Management

• Lead projects from kickoff through completion—on time and within budget Coordinate with engineering, production, and show-site teams

• Review and approve CAD drawings, ensuring design accuracy and adherence to specifications

• Oversee production processes and fabricated items, collaborating with shop leads and the Director of Production

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and work orders to maintain quality standards

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders throughout lifecycle

General Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

• Support event logistics and production planning

• Maintain accurate timelines, documentation, and reporting tools

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, trade shows, or exhibit production

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
