About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and highly organized Estimator / Project Manager to lead projects from concept through execution. This role combines accurate estimating, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end project delivery for trade shows, exhibits, and event-related initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Estimating & Pre-Sale
· Develop accurate cost estimates and proposals across manufacturing, events, and multimedia services
· Partner with sales, design, and account teams to align scope, budget, and timelines
· Source vendor pricing and define materials, labor, and production requirements
Ensure all estimates clearly outline timelines, exclusions, and deliverables
Project Management
· Lead projects from kickoff through completion—on time and within budget
Coordinate with engineering, production, and show-site teams
· Monitor schedules, budgets, and work orders to maintain quality standards
· Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
General Responsibilities
· Participate in project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
· Support event logistics and production planning
· Maintain accurate timelines, documentation, and reporting tools
What You Bring
· 5+ years of experience in project management, trade shows, or exhibit production
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
